“When I seemed at the principles, I won’t lie, I was stunned at the prolonged technique, that at any presented stage prior to the true Senate impeachment demo proceedings could disqualify the copious amounts of evidence that demonstrate apparent and repetitive actions of felony, corruption, and neglect of responsibility by Governor Torres more than these many years. Without having the proof to back again it up, the impeachment method is incomplete,” she reported.

“Doing what is correct is hardly ever easy, but it is generally the suitable thing to do. So, senators, we talk to that you do what is proper for the individuals: to be reasonable. These principles? They are not fair. They skew in favor of this impeached governor.”

She also mentioned that there have been no restrictions positioned on who the impeached official can have as lawful counsel and personnel for the impeachment proceedings.

“Again, this is really biased, partial, and unfair to the Dwelling of Representatives… I am not a legal professional, but based on my knowledge of the proposed rules, the Senate will not be conducting a truthful and impartial trial and, if these principles are adopted, we might not even have a trial at all. The proposed rules are littered with bias. It is particularly clear and obvious that the scales of justice have been intentionally tipped to accommodate the impeached,” she explained.

In accordance to Sen. Deleon Guerrero, “It is obvious that the adopted impeachment principles do not spell justice.”

Senator Manglona likewise opposed the impeachment principles.
